Shipping & Returns

Getting your products to you safe and sound is out top priority!

We will always do everything we can to make sure our customers' orders and returns are fulfilled quickly, efficiently and correctly.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide from our Brisbane and Perth warehouses.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer - we appreciate your patience.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

  • Standard Parcel Delivery (0–1.7kg): $5.99
  • Standard – 1–2 Cartons (1.8–3.59kg): $9.99
  • Standard – 3–6 Cartons (5.4–10.79kg): $20.00
  • Free Shipping: Orders over 6 cartons / 10.8kg

All prices are in AUD.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. As a general guide:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note these are estimates provided by our delivery partners and delays can occur outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on food items (including biscuits, sauces, chocolates, and confectionery) for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For non-food items such as stationery or small homewares, we may accept returns for change of mind if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If something isn’t right with your order, please email us at hello@themindfulbakery.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
